Credits are used for AI operations. 1 credit = $0.05. Image generation costs 2 to 12 credits depending on the model and resolution. The cheapest image is 2 credits on GPT Image 2 or Seedream 5.0 Lite. A video clip costs 5 to 887 credits depending on the model, length, resolution, audio and references. The cheapest 5-second clip made from a still image is 10 credits on Kling 2.1, and the lowest price for any single clip is 5 credits, for a 4-second Veo 3.1 Lite clip. Subscription credits reset monthly and expire at the end of each billing cycle. Purchased credit packs never expire.

Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. However, credits purchased through credit packs never expire and are preserved indefinitely. When using credits, subscription credits are consumed first (since they expire), then purchased credits.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your credits will adjust accordingly.

All plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee. Ask within 7 days of a subscription payment and we refund it in full. Credits already spent are not refunded. Email support@influverse.ai to request one. After that window, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

There is no hard cap on characters. Every plan can create and store unlimited characters. What varies by plan is monthly credits, daily generation limits, and access to the Scale surface: scheduling and automation need the Pro plan or above, or the free 7-day trial.

Influverse uses reference-based AI models (Nano Banana 2, Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image 2, Seedream 5.0 Pro, Seedream 5.0 Lite and Flux 2) that take your character's profile photo as input on every generation. This keeps the same face, features and style across all images and videos, with no separate training step. Just create or import a character once, then generate unlimited consistent content.

Yes. You can import real photos to create characters. Upload 1 to 10 images and they'll become your character's reference photos. This is perfect for creating AI content featuring yourself or real people (with permission).

We offer multiple video model families: Kling O3 (3 to 15s, native audio, 22 credits for 5s with audio), Kling 2.6 (native audio), Veo 3.1 and Veo 3.1 Lite (Google’s models, with text-to-video and keyframes, and Veo 3.1 goes up to 4K), Seedance 2.5 and 2.0 (image and video references, built-in audio, clips up to 30s on Seedance 2.5 and up to 4K on Seedance 2.0), HappyHorse (cinematic, always-on audio), Gemini Omni (always-on audio, can extend a clip), Kling Motion Control (transfer movement from a reference video), and Kling 2.1 (animates a still image, no audio). The cheapest 5-second clip made from a still image is 10 credits on Kling 2.1, and the lowest price for any single clip is 5 credits, for a 4-second Veo 3.1 Lite clip. Higher-quality models deliver more realistic motion, and every model shows its exact credit cost before you generate.

Write the line you want your character to say, or let the AI script it. Every character has its own voice. Studio and UGC Ads synthesize the line in that voice and lip-sync it to the footage, so the voice stays the same in every clip. On the Video page, the Talking clip option does the same for a single clip. Dreams are narrated rather than lip-synced: a narrator voice, or your character's own voice when you feature them, tells the dream over the reel's ambient sound. Native model audio (Kling O3, Kling 2.6, Veo 3.1) is still there when you prefer the model to speak. Speech is billed by the characters spoken plus a small lip-sync charge per second, and every preview shows the exact number before you generate. Talking clips on the Video page, Studio reels and dream narration are on every plan. UGC Ads are part of the Scale tools, which need the Pro plan or above, or the free 7-day trial.

Single clips run from 3 to 30 seconds depending on the model (Kling O3: 3 to 15s; Seedance 2.5: up to 30s; Veo 3.1: 4 to 8s per clip). For longer content, stitch clips together in the built-in Video Editor with auto-captions, or use Studio to generate a full multi-shot cinematic reel from one brief.

Yes. Open any video in your gallery and choose Extend. Veo 3.1 continues the clip where it ends, while Kling O3 and Gemini can reimagine it from a new prompt. Extensions are billed like normal video generation, per second of new footage.

No. Every plan, including the free Starter plan, exports clean, watermark-free images and videos with full commercial rights.

We support Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/X and Threads. Connect your accounts and schedule posts to them from one dashboard. How many accounts you can connect depends on your plan.

Go to the Scheduler page, select a character, click "Connect" and choose your platform. You'll be redirected to authorize Influverse to post on your behalf. Each character can have its own set of connected accounts.

Yes! Select your date and time, choose platforms, add your content and media, and click Schedule. Posts are automatically published at the scheduled time. You can view all scheduled posts in the Posts tab.

You can queue any number of posts in advance, and the Schedule button is available on every creation surface, so you can schedule an image, video, or reel the moment you generate it. UGC Ads can also generate bulk variations of one ad for testing across platforms.

Yes! Your data is never used to train AI models, ours or third-party. You're fully protected with advanced security, encryption, and full rights to your content. We comply with GDPR and industry-standard security practices.

Yes! You own full commercial rights to all content you create with Influverse. Use your AI characters and videos for personal or commercial projects without restrictions. No hidden licensing fees or attribution required.

There is no public API today. Enterprise customers can arrange custom integrations with our team: tell us what you need to connect and we will scope it with you. Write to support@influverse.ai.

Influverse works best on modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest versions). We recommend Chrome for the best experience. Mobile browsers are supported for viewing, but creation features work best on desktop.

Common reasons: insufficient credits, prompt contains prohibited content, or temporary server issues. Check your credit balance, ensure your prompt follows our content policy, and try again. If issues persist, contact support.

Generation times vary: images (30-60 seconds), videos (2-5 minutes), cinematic Studio reels (5-15 minutes). High-quality outputs take longer. Your generation keeps running server-side even if you close the page, so refresh and check your gallery or generation history.

Ensure you're logged into the correct account in your browser, have authorized Influverse in the OAuth popup, and haven't connected the same account to another character. Try logging out of the platform and reconnecting.

Check if: the social account is still connected, the post meets platform requirements (e.g., Instagram needs media), and the schedule time was in the future. You can refresh post status in the Posts tab to see detailed error messages.
