Honest limits

  • Maximum 8 photos and 10 seconds per photo in one reel. Longer stories mean a second reel.
  • Restoration cleans scratches, fading and low resolution. It cannot invent a face that is torn off or reconstruct heavy water damage.
  • Motion is generated, so a face can drift from the original on very small or blurry subjects. Clear, front-facing photos animate best.
  • Generation takes a few minutes and runs in the background. You can leave the page; the reel is waiting when you return.
  • There is no free standalone colouriser. Colourisation runs as part of a memory reel and uses credits.

Will the animated people look like my relatives?
The animation is generated from your photo, so likeness is strong on clear, well-lit faces and weaker on tiny or blurry ones. Motion is subtle by design: a smile, a turn of the head, a breeze. It is a memory, not a reenactment.
Can I add a voiceover or music?
A Voiceover toggle lets an AI narrator read a short story over the reel, written from the mood you pick and the title you type. Turn it off for a silent reel if you plan to add your own music.
